Title: Provide name of the book you are reviewing (i.e. Be With Me, Colters’ Lady, Brazen, etc.)

Rating: I’ll be using a scale system, so please use it as follows:

5 flames or= means the book was EXCELLENT

4 flames or = means the book was A GOOD READ

3 flames or = means the book was NEITHER GOOD NOR BAD

2 flames or = means the book was DISAPPOINTING

1 flame or = means the book was A WASTE OF TIME

Brief Summary: Please describe in no more than 3 complete sentences what the book was about.

Review: Please describe in NO MORE than 6 and NO LESS than 3 complete sentences what the book was about.

Book Suggestion: This is where you either have free reign … sorta. You can either - A. Suggest another of Maya's books to read that you have enjoyed reading in the past, or B. Suggest another book (please keep it within the same genre of the types of books that Maya writes) by a different author that you enjoyed reading.
